Nubble Lighthouse horizontal Winter sunset
The Nubble Lighthouse of York, Maine during a late winter sunset. Originally built in 1879 on a small island known as Nubble rock which is at the eastern end of Cape Neddick. The lighthouse is properly known as Cape Neddick Light.
Nubble Light is painted and photographed often. Therefor, it is my goal to provide a unique perspective when I photograph such an amazing iconic location that can be considered quintessential New England.
I've viewed countless hundreds of professional quality photographs from Nubble, I rarely ever see a truly unique scene. I invite bold colors, powerful leading lines and ethereal water movement to create evocative powerful compositions.
When purchasing prints, I highly suggest lustre, metallic or a matte finish print paper. Avoid glossy due to the reflective nature.
